Deliveries are possible for all orders of $40 or more before taxes.
Our delivery costs will be calculated when finalizing your order according to your postal code. We deliver on the Island of Montreal to the following postal codes:

For a bouquet outside our delivery area, contact us to discuss the possibility of delivery at 438-558-1188 ext. 1 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org .
Make sure you always give us the exact address as we cannot make a second delivery. If there was an error in the address provided and we had to go to the wrong location, the bouquet will be returned to our store and a $20 fee will apply for a second delivery.
Can I choose the flowers I send myself?
No. Unlike traditional florists, we create only one style of bouquet per week which we reveal to you via our social media and on our website on the home page. This allows us to offer the freshest flowers possible, to favor seasonal supplies and to minimize our losses! However, in the “comments” section when ordering online, you can specify if you have any preferences and we will do our best to accommodate them!
From what time do you start delivery?
Our deliveries are generally made in the afternoon between 12:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. We deliver our small bouquets ourselves one by one and, not knowing in advance the number and delivery addresses, it is difficult for us to predict precisely the time at which we will be at your recipient's address.
If you have a special request, you can always call us at 438-558-1188 ext. 1 or at email@example.com and we will do our best to satisfy it.
Will you contact the recipient before delivery?
At Oursin flowers, we have chosen not to contact the recipient in advance to maintain the romantic side of offering a bouquet. Total SURPRISE. If you are unsure whether the recipient will be present and would prefer to be contacted, please let us know in the delivery notes.
Sometimes we call just before we leave for our next destination. (In summer when the weather is very nice people tend to go out for some fresh air; in winter when it is very cold, because our flowers absolutely must find a temperate place when we arrive at the door). This allows us to reconfirm their address with the recipient and plan a plan B with them if they are absent.
Do you deliver same day?
Quickly call us at 438-558-1188 ext. 1 , if we can add you to our deliveries for the day we will be happy to do so!
Why is delivery not included in the price?
Delivering flowers is a real job.
We deliver to a third party
What we sell after flowers is attention, SURPRISE. Which requires very different logistics from us than pizza delivery people (it's rather rare that the person having the delivery is absent or has the wrong address). We often become investigators, looking for the recipient, having to find solutions to avoid Do not leave a bouquet outside the door when the weather does not permit it.
We deliver perishable items.
We must carefully package the flowers as it is a HIGHLY perishable, very fragile product. All this while following a route that allows us to deliver everyone on time, despite all possible conditions: snow storm, ice storm, intense heatwave, road under construction (that's what we hate the most ...) In addition, we only use very little plastic for our packaging, so our bouquets must be individually protected from the car to your delivery location (we make small covers for them which we take back to the workshop at the end of deliveries J)
Why only one style of bouquet per week?
We want to make bouquets from seasonal flowers and offer the flower industry an alternative that minimizes waste. Favor local flowers, follow the rhythm of the seasons, stimulate creativity and continue to surprise yourself every week!
What happens if no one is there to receive the flowers?
For shops / businesses / offices:
If the delivery address is a business, we will leave the bouquet with a trusted person for the attention of your recipient.
For individuals :
Make sure someone will be there between noon and 5 p.m. If you cannot guarantee that someone will be present to ensure receipt of the bouquet, please leave us an alternative in the delivery information section. This could, for example, be the address of a neighbor or a nearby business, where the recipient can pick up the bouquet upon their return. Otherwise, when the temperature permits, we will leave the bouquet in the water in a discreet and covered place.
UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT OFFER A SECOND DELIVERY. If it is impossible to leave the bouquet in a safe place and after contacting the recipient and the customer, we will offer to return the bouquet to our store and it can be collected according to our business hours.
Can I collect my bouquet on site?
Certainly, and with great pleasure. We now have two storefronts that we cherish very much. The first store is located in the Center-Sud and the second store in Little Italy. You can find all the details here . Take the opportunity to take a look at our selection of selected local craft items: vases and other ceramics, delicacies, an apothecary selection, plants, lots of beautiful local products.
